This is how fine-creamy honey works: with a Carl Fritz honey creamer!

After the honey is harvested, the honey can be stirred up to a creamy consistency. Every beekeeper's goal is to get a fine, creamy honey, so whether you want to do this manually by hand or use one of our CFM honey creamers, we've got you covered. Our CFM honey creamers are designed to use them with a flexible filling height. The tank only needs to be one third full to ensure an even mix.

Our recommendation: Use a double-walled creamer in combination with a walk-through cooler. Honey stirred at 12 to 14 degree Celsius produces a finer texture and the transition from liquid to creamy is quicker.

Our tip: For single-walled creamers, an additional bottom heating is great to do the bottling much more efficient, as the honey can be drained quickly.
