Why do you need a bottom heating?
Bottom heating is extremely helpful in many areas of honey processing.
If you use such a heating, for example, on the bottom of your honey creamer, you can drain the honey very quickly after stirring, as the flowability of the honey is significantly improved due to the heat. This saves you time! Another area of ??application for bottom heating is the honey extractor. Here, too, the heat helps to ensure that the honey flows out of the tank evenly and quickly.
We offer our CFM products directly with bottom heating ex works (recommended).
You would like to retrofit your CFM products with bottom heating?
No problem! In addition to bottom heating for self-installation, we also offer our reliable CFM service. This means that you provide us with your honey extractor, honey creamer or filling tank and our staff install the appropriate bottom heating professionally and with the utmost precision.
For filling we recommend to keep the floor heating constant at 35-40 °C. The filling process should then be carried out quickly and without major interruptions, so that the honey does not become too liquid.
